Small fixes after going public

• Update CO2 budget icon
• State clearly the data sources (emission data from ifeu and IPCC, etc.)
• Make sure all links open in a new tab
• Read whole dashboard again, make sure that we speak of "deutlich unter 2°C)
• Edit caption of comparison chart according to Kirsten's suggestion
• Heidelbergs Anteil an den globalen CO₂-Emissionen, die mit 83 % Wahrscheinlichkeit das 1,5 °C-Ziel einhalten oder zu 1,7 °C bzw. 2,0 °C Erwärmung führen würden.
