Reactivate prototype learning and application

If validated data is available, class prototypes can be learned.

• reactivate class prototype learning during verified model training
  • store class prototype in model folder (/out/scene_name/ml_model/model_name/class_prototype.fileending)
  • apply class-prototype localisation method during data_evaluation (if --verified)
