Solve issues 24, 38, and 39

The reason for the bug (issue 39) was that the plot functions only worked if all LULC change classes exist, but this was not the case for the Heidelberg area at this specific date range with the new LULC utility version. It's good that you reported this issue, as this should happen often. Should be fixed now.

The dates that I put in for issue 38 were the best ones that I found for a week-long period. By default, one week is used for the LULC classification if only the end date is provided. At the moment we are only providing the end date and I did not want to change that. But with these two dates the result is similar to using the entire month of May.
