Remove unnecessary artifacts and update primary flag of the artifacts

In the meeting on 4th of June 2024 we decided to remove the image chart artifacts and the geojson map artifact that shows the LULC changes colored by the total emissions of the respective LULC change type. Also we decided on which artifacts should be primary and which ones should be secondary, i.e. only visible when the user clicks "Show more...". This is what this MR should do.
