Split summary table into a summary table and an AOI info table

The summary table is split into a summary table that only has the gross emissions, gross sinks, and net emissieons/sinks, and an AOI info table that has AOI info such as change area, emissions area and sink area, both as absolute values and as percentages of the AOI.
